What You Will Do
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement next-generation AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Pioneer Research: Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into executable roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve model accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
Your Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with Quantum Computing primitives or Neuromorphic engineering is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
