Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation neural network architectures capable of self-evolution.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in researching cutting-edge algorithms.

- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software products.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and interpretability.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production environments.
- Experience with Quantum Computing integration or hybrid AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
