In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, leading a team of elite engineers in pushing the boundaries of neural architectures.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and neural networks for 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced reinforcement learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-world deployment at scale.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards (AI Act, GDPR, etc.).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Modeling: Proven track record of designing, training, and deploying complex models in production environments.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level technical challenges with creative solutions.
