Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and generative models tailored for high-scale production environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference speeds and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
