The Role
As our Lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and robust AI ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating quantum computing concepts into classical cloud architectures.
- Design decentralized neural networks that ensure data sovereignty and privacy.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI development.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for future product integration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architect role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and edge computing.
- Experience with blockchain technologies and decentralized protocols is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
