Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Design and implement the core technical infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- AI Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives to integrate emerging technologies, such as Quantum interfaces and Edge AI, into our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading R&D teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
