Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and architectural blueprint for our upcoming flagship product release in 2026.
- Model Deployment: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of Data Scientists and MLOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate cutting-edge neural networks with legacy systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across the Nexus ecosystem.
- AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Strategic Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience architecting scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
