Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end Generative AI infrastructure required to support autonomous agent workflows by 2026.
- Define the "2026 AI Ethical Framework" to ensure alignment with human values and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging modalities, including multimodal reasoning and adaptive memory systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready engineering roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation neural network architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape surrounding AI in 2026 (GDPR, AI Act, etc.) and ethical AI principles.
