Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the Nexus Horizon 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive innovation in generative models, reinforcement learning, and edge computing integration.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI ethics, safety, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and security expertsâto deliver robust AI solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to reduce latency and increase model accuracy in real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- 2026 Readiness: Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge AI trends such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and federated learning.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and drive project execution under tight deadlines.
