Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Readiness, AGI Integration) and recommend strategic pivots.
- Architect scalable, future-proof infrastructure that can withstand the demands of next-generation applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native environments with a focus on longevity and sustainability.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration strategies and predictive modeling.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
