Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement a scalable, resilient AI infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's 2026 product vision and global expansion goals.
- Lead High-Stakes Research: Oversee the development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on reinforcement learning, transformer architectures, and edge computing optimization.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning and cost-reduction initiatives for large-scale distributed computing clusters handling petabytes of data.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into feasible architectural solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure data privacy and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Spark).
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps pipelines, and fine-tuning open-source models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
