What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team of ML researchers and software developers.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects from conception to production.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformers, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
