Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for large-scale machine learning models.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-generation algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines are efficient.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate and integrate novel AI frameworks and hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience deploying state-of-the-art LLMs and Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
