Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement resilient, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Agentic Workflows: Develop and integrate autonomous agent frameworks that streamline complex business operations and decision-making processes.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from research and prototyping to deployment and MLOps.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technical strategy, identifying emerging technologies that will define the market in 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
