- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our AI division, ensuring alignment with our 5-year vision and market leadership.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, high-impact software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Future-Ready Skills: Proven experience with Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, or Neural Architecture Search.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
