Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and futuristic trends.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead a diverse team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Security, Operations) to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security and performance in AI models.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance our product offerings for the 2026 market.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
