Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Processing Units (NPUs) for 2026 readiness.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training pipelines, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
