In this role, you won't just write code; you will engineer the future of human-machine interaction. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our core AI models and ensuring they align with our forward-thinking roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability and ethical autonomy.
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures capable of adaptive learning in dynamic environments.
- Mentor a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, legal, and security to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Research and prototype breakthrough technologies in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
