We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead the development of our proprietary 2026-era predictive models. - Design & Architecture: Spearhead the architectural design of next-generation neural networks and deep learning systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency, high-throughput edge deployment and cloud environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, scalable software solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions (5+ years of experience).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Cloud & MLOps: Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
