- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists to think strategically about the long term.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement rigorous frameworks to ensure AI systems remain transparent, fair, and safe for deployment in sensitive environments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological trends up to the 2026 timeframe and translate them into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience Level: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
