Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning infrastructure to support high-volume data processing.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to develop proprietary algorithms.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on Large Language Models and predictive analytics.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and code quality within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (5+ years of experience required).
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems using AWS or GCP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
