Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid AI/Quantum system architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead a world-class R&D team in exploring novel algorithms and quantum advantage use cases.
- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and security for complex data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging tech stacks into production.
- Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for AI infrastructure innovation.
- Establish best practices for quantum software development and AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
