Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures tailored for scalable enterprise applications.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives in quantum error correction, superposition, and neural network optimization.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and quantum scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Protocol Development: Establish secure protocols for quantum data transmission and algorithm deployment.
- Client Consultation: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders and high-level clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex mathematical and computational challenges.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives and technical peers.
