Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid quantum-classical algorithms capable of solving complex optimization problems.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models (LLMs) with quantum processors to enhance computational efficiency.
- Establish best practices for software development, testing, and deployment in a high-performance computing environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into tangible product features.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability for mission-critical applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols and data privacy standards.
