Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-level system architecture for AI and quantum computing infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into existing AI workflows, optimizing for future hardware capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and potential risks.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve processing speeds for large-scale neural networks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
