Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing architectures that support complex, high-volume data processing.
- Algorithm Development: Develop novel quantum algorithms and optimize classical machine learning models for quantum hardware compatibility.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum physics, evaluating their potential impact on Project 2026βs product roadmap.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into production environments, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing resource allocation and reducing computational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading AI or machine learning initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-dimensional problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Agile Experience: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
