Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of cutting-edge deep learning architectures tailored for the 2026 production environment.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the AI department, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Mentor and coach a high-performance team of research engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) evolution.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure robustness, security, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research engineering or a similar senior role.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or industry patents.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed engineering teams.
