Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Architectural Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for high-volume production environments.
- Autonomous Agents: Develop and refine autonomous agent frameworks capable of complex decision-making and task execution.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous AI governance frameworks, addressing bias, fairness, and transparency in model outputs.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate research findings into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in Python; experience with distributed training and optimization.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, Llama architectures).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire technical teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
