Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for QuantumHorizon, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision and market trends.
- Research & Development: Lead a cross-functional team in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product management to integrate AI-driven features that deliver measurable user value.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical research and business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
