Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-availability, scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints and system designs.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of ML models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring for performance and latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to deliver high-value AI solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and message queues.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and scaling systems to millions of users.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
