Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance neural networks for autonomous agents.
- Define the technical roadmap and architecture standards for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specs.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
