Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical strategy and infrastructure requirements to ensure seamless scalability and performance by the 2026 deadline.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of best practices, code quality, and continuous integration.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, secure, and resilient distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between product managers, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, latency, and throughput, implementing optimizations to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to enhance our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment with a focus on future-proofing.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
