Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate long-term business visions into robust technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability system architectures utilizing microservices, serverless computing, and edge technologies.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of generative AI and predictive machine learning models into core business workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the migration and optimization of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure peak performance and cost-efficiency.
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols to maintain code quality across distributed teams.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, advanced neural interfaces) to evaluate their viability for future product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or engineering leadership role.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and LLM integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to balance technical debt reduction with rapid feature delivery in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
