Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap and infrastructure strategy for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Design scalable, high-availability systems that can withstand future growth and load.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
