Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science to drive product innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Drive technical decision-making and stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Cloud, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and mentoring engineering talent.
