Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for our 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against evolving market demands.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute complex technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous R&D on cutting-edge technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing interfaces, and edge computing.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and system reliability.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee system performance optimization and disaster recovery planning.
- Drive the technical vision for new product launches targeting the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with predictive analytics and AI integration frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
