Responsibilities
- Design and implement the high-level architecture for Project 2026, focusing on hybrid AI-Quantum processing pipelines.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance standards.
- Optimize existing neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and quantum physicists to define technical requirements.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for future-tech workloads.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a proven track record of building complex distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
