Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and lead the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future growth.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that integrate cutting-edge AI models with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Optimization: Establish rigorous code review processes and drive performance optimization across the entire platform stack.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in an ever-evolving digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and experience integrating AI models into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and make critical technical decisions under pressure.
