Responsibilities
- Architect and design the end-to-end technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and ultra-low latency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between AI researchers, hardware engineers, and product teams to translate research into production-ready systems.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud-native architecture, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to our next-gen quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to assess viability for future integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in high-performance computing, distributed systems, and edge computing.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Rust, Go, Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
