Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research and development of Generative AI models.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade software engineering.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (GPT, LLaMA).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
