Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies via white papers and keynote addresses
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental prototyping of future technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research on quantum computing applications or AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: biotech, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
