Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for high-impact future-focused initiatives
- Mentor a diverse cohort of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation leadership, or emerging tech R&D
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic (for global collaboration)
- Deep understanding of climate-tech, biotech, and AI governance landscapes
