- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
