Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Roadmap, aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing futuristic prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- PhD or advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent accreditation preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across multiple markets
