Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Author whitepapers and keynote presentations on disruptive technologies for global industry forums
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and invest in breakthrough startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps for engineering and design teams
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of publishing thought leadership on future trends (e.g., AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks and quantitative trend analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
