Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum algorithms integrated with classical neural networks for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the technical strategy for hybrid quantum-classical computing environments.
- Collaborate with theoretical physicists to translate quantum mechanics concepts into production-ready software.
- Mentor and grow a high-performance team of quantum and AI engineers.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a specific focus on quantum computing or advanced optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and quantum software stacks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and stochastic processes.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) offering quantum computing services is highly desirable.
