Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum computing solutions using hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and architecture patterns for the 2026 product release.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with external partners to integrate quantum APIs into existing legacy systems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in quantum computing or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with distributed systems theory and error correction.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
