Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Project 2026 squad.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems that handle millions of transactions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future-forward technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
