Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly milestones.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and engineeringâto ensure scalable architecture.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with cutting-edge technologies.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Monitor global technology trends to ensure Omni Future Labs remains at the forefront of industry disruption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape, such as autonomous systems or spatial computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
