Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core system architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align engineering efforts with business goals and long-term vision.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the organization.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits to identify potential risks and bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and message queues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
